What do I need to start?
A phone, tablet or computer with a browser. Sign up, name your business and first outlet, paste your price list, and take your first order. Most shops are taking orders within half an hour.
Can my attendants use it?
Yes. Send each attendant an invite link on WhatsApp. They see only their outlet; changes and voids come to you for approval.
Does it work when the internet goes off?
Yes, at the counter. Add Order keeps working with no connection: the customer gets their claim number, and the order goes to Fuahub by itself when the internet is back.
Can I run cleaning jobs too?
Yes. Switch on the cleaning side for quotes, bookings from your page, a day plan for each team and before and after photos. Customers, payments and texts are shared with your laundry.
Does it work with more than one outlet?
Yes. Each outlet has its own claim numbers, M-Pesa Till or Paybill, price per kilo and team, and you see them all together or one at a time.
Can I charge by the kilo and by the item?
Both, even on the same order. A weighed load is charged by weight, and you list what is in it so nothing goes home missing.
How do customers pay?
Cash or M-Pesa at drop-off or pickup, all at once or as a deposit. Invoices and receipts carry your Till or Paybill, and the day ends with a cash-up of what should be in the drawer.
Can I print receipts and tags?
Yes, on 80 mm thermal printers, and every receipt has a link where the customer can track the order and download a PDF.
Who sends the messages to customers?
Your staff, in one tap: Fuahub writes the message and opens WhatsApp or SMS on their phone. Customers see your number, and replies come back to you.
Will customers get too many messages?
No. Your staff send each reminder in one tap, once per visit, only when a customer is due. Anyone who asks to stop is marked and not reminded again.
Can customers rate us?
After every pickup they get a link to rate the order and leave a comment, which shows on your dashboard. Points and referrals reward your regulars.
How is the price worked out?
KSh 1,000 a month for each outlet, up to 10. Every feature is included at every size. More than 10 branches? Talk to us.
What if I run laundry and cleaning?
Both dashboards on one account cost KSh 500 a month more (KSh 5,000 a year), whatever the number of branches. Already paying for one? Try the other free for 7 days from your dashboard or Billing.
What is an attendant account?
Each attendant signs in with their own account, so you see who took and changed each order. You get 3 for each branch. Your owner account is included and does not count.
Can I add or remove branches?
Yes, in Billing. A branch added while you have paid time costs only the days left, and opens as soon as it is paid. Fewer branches apply from your next payment, once the extra branches are archived.
Is there a free trial?
Not when you sign up directly: pay to start, or book a demo first to see it working. Invited by a business already paying for Fuahub, or through a Fuahub agent's or partner's link? You get 7 days free first. If a payment is late, you have 3 more days before the dashboard pauses; your data stays safe.
How do I pay?
With M-Pesa or a card through Paystack, month by month or for a year at 10 months’ price (2 months free). A month covers 30 days and a year 365; paying early adds the time to the end of what you already have.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time in Billing. A cancelled plan keeps working until the paid days end, and no reminders are sent.
Do I get a receipt?
Paystack emails a receipt for every payment, and Billing lists each one.
What if a payment is late?
We email you 3 days and 1 day before it is due, once the day after, and once when access pauses. Nothing more.
